At 4 WAFFLES LUXE, we redefine comfort food with a chic twist. We’re a family-owned waffle spot serving the Corvallis community with 100% gluten-free and dairy-free waffles and waffle paninis — made in a fully dedicated kitchen so everyone can enjoy them safely.

We chose to be gluten- and dairy-free because we saw a need in our community for food that’s inclusive, trustworthy, and still incredibly good. For many people, eating out comes with stress or limitations — and we wanted to create a place where that isn’t the case. Our owner has had celiac disease for 15+ years and has always struggled to find a safe place to eat out. That's why we do what we do.
